Regarding the Dexter Collection preorders:

We are currently in the process of shipping all preorders, but due to the amount of orders it's taking us some time to get through them all. Thank you so much for your support and your patience, the team is doing its best to get your products sent to you as quickly as possible!

Our customer service operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (German time). Please expect a reply in 1-2 business days. During busy launches and sales, please allow for a few extra days.
