Shipping

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Orders placed before 10am (German Time) are often shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10am are shipped the next business day. We observe German national holidays. During busy launches and sales, please allow a few extra days for your order to ship.
We offer standard and express shipping options. Domestic (Germany) shipping takes 1-2 days, International Express shipping usually no more than a week, International standard shipping a few days to a few weeks. For more information, please refer to the shipping estimates shown during checkout.
Tracking for the standard shipping option is limited and may not display updates during overseas transit or customs processing.
Depending on your country of residence, your order may be subject to some import taxes or duties. In the US, orders under $800 are usually duty-free and other countries may have similar regulations. However, when in doubt, please contact your local customs office.
We do ship to P.O. boxes, but only via standard shipping.
Free shipping is available. Please check your shopping cart to see how much you need to spend to qualify.
If your order contains pre-order items, it will ship only when these items have become available.

If you do not like your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked, provided the products are unused. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Please contact us before sending anything back to us so we can discuss the necessary steps with you.
