Shipping Policy
We fulfill orders from two warehouses:
- United States orders ship from our US warehouse (Texas)
- All other orders ship from our German warehouse
Our warehouses operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm local time.
Orders placed before 10am local time (German time for EU and international orders / Texas time for US orders) are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10am ship the next business day.
The warehouses observe public holidays in both Germany and the United States respectively. During high-volume launches and sales periods, please allow extra processing time.
Shipping Times
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout based on your location.
General guidance:

United States (from Texas warehouse):
- Standard domestic shipping: usually 2–5 business days
- Express options available at checkout

No customs duties or tariffs apply for US domestic shipments

Germany (from German warehouse): 2-3 business days

International (outside the US and Germany) (from German warehouse):
- Express: typically under 1 week
- Standard: a few days to several weeks, depending on destination and customs
Tracking for standard international shipments may be limited and may not update during overseas transit or customs clearance.
Customs and Duties
- United States orders: shipped domestically, no duties or import tariffs apply
- International orders: may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For questions, please contact your local customs office.
We ship to P.O. boxes where local carriers permit, generally via standard shipping only.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available when you meet the displayed minimum purchase threshold. Check your cart to see eligibility.
Pre-Order Items
If your order contains pre-order items, it will ship once all items in the order are available. We do not split shipments.
